Several Years Ago - Who's Who?

This adorable photo was posted (just for fun) on Facebook by Sarah recently and the debate began.
Which twin is which? Sarah and Rebecca OR Rebecca and Sarah?

 

At 3 months, they are already telling funny stories and laughing together.

Saturday Road Trip Up North

The roads were good on Saturday so I drove up to Pine City with friends for Jessica's card class.  We made 8 beautiful cards.  We had lunch after class and then came back to the store to shop and create more cards.

We had lots of stuff to use to create Valentine cards.  I completed about four more cards.
But the most fun was talking and shopping with friends.

Friday Snow

Snow fall in Minnesota is way below our average snow fall for this time of year.  We have had a lovely mild winter.  We did get snow on Friday - during morning rush hour!  A light snow but slippery roads.  According to the news, there were over 500 crashes on that one day.
It was a beautiful innocent snow fall.  See for yourself.

Another Lunch Out

Theme Week - Out to lunch twice this week at at the Bad Waitress.  Jo and I had lunch earlier this week and I encouraged my co-workers to try it too.  Today was Deb's last day at the office so she and Dave and I had lunch there.  Again good food and a good time.

Fun time.  Great food.  Best wishes to Deb in her new job.

Off Campus and Out to Lunch

Jo and I met for lunch at the 'Bad Waitress' not far from my office.    The food was awesome and the service was great too if you like writing your own order and turning it in.  The food is brought promptly to your table.  We will try it again.  You should too.

Our American in Paris

Becca arrived in Paris last weekend, is settled in an apartment with friends, is interviewing for jobs and looking for an apartment.  Saturday evening she attended a birthday celebration for one of her Parisian friends.  She started her French class on Monday.  Good job, Becca.  Looking good!

Coffee Chat

Dunn Brothers Coffee has reopened in Savage.  They did some remodeling inside to make it look very roomy and cozy.  Open 6 AM - 6 PM.  I stopped by today to meet the friendly staff.  
I'm so happy that it's open again:)  Let me know when you have time to meet there for coffee and chat.

Destination France

 Becca went to the airport today to catch her flight to Paris.

Our Beautifull Daughters

We have been so lucky to have both of our girls home over New Years this year. 

Sarah moved back from Florida after Thanksgiving and received a full time salaried position with Futura, a marketing agency in Eden Prairie. We are so happy to have her back in Minnesota.

Rebecca drove a U-haul back after Christmas (see entry on Car, Plane and Truck Adventures) and is on her way to Paris on January 5th.  She will be taking French courses after taking TEFL courses while living in FL.

Family and Friends During the Holidays

Becca and I stopped in Little Rock on December 26th on our road trip back to Minnesota.  

It was great to see Lucy and Megan and spend some time with the family before our final day of travel.

Back home - Becca and Sarah are together again.

We arrived home safely on December 27th.  We finally opened some of our Christmas presents.

Merry Christmas to all (even though it's a little late).  Now I just need to get out the Christmas cards or should I say New Year Cheer cards!
